Lyrics
Stimulate circulation
Group work
Each participant moves freely in the hall/area to a specific song selection. The sports leader can specify various forms of movement (crossing legs, circling arms, crouching, touching the floor, hopping, hopping with one leg, etc.). As soon as the participants hear defined words in the song lyrics, they must perform a task announced by the sports leader:
- Air jump
- Sit on the floor briefly
- Touch the floor briefly with your stomach
- Greet/hug a partner
Example:
- Song choice: "dr Parkingmeter" by Mani Matter.
- Task:
- "20gi" = push-up;
- "Outo" = stretch jump;
- "Poscht" = touch the floor with your back.

Massage
Relaxation
Partner work
Groups of 2
The participants perform massages on their partner using an aid (e.g. tennis ball or throwing object). During the circular movements with the ball, the circumference (small-large) and the pressure (no pressure on joints) are varied.
Participant in supine position, massage by partner of:
- Front thigh muscles
- Abdominal muscles
- Chest muscles
- Arms
Participant in prone position, massage by partner of:
- Calf muscles
- Back thigh muscles
- Buttock muscles
- Back muscles
- Arms
Per group:
1 tennis ball
1 soft mat
Mat disposal
Fighting and roughhousing games
Group work
2-4 groups with 6-14 participants each
The group lines up behind a starting marker. There is a large soft mat in front of the group. On the start command, a binomial (possibly holding hands) or a single participant jumps onto the mat. After the jump, the next pair/participant is handed over, who in turn jumps onto the mat. The aim of mat jumping is to jump onto the soft mat in such a way that the mat is propelled as far forwards as possible. The winner is the group that gets their soft mat over a line or against a wall first. To ensure that the mat is not pushed further forwards when climbing down, the mat must always be left in the direction of the goal.
Per group:
1 soft mat (large)
1 marking cone/cap/painting stick
Mat fight
Fighting and roughhousing games
Group work
Groups of 2 (groups of 4-8 for the variation of the exercise)
Multiple groups of 2 try to push down the mats of the opposing teams with their mats held above their heads. Which team can hold their mat up the longest?
Variant:
Replace larger groups and the small ones with large mats.
Per group:
1 soft mat (small)
4 soft mats (large) ►Variation of the exercise
Mat sweeping
Stimulate circulation
Group work
2 teams
The mats are spread out in the hall, with one half lying on top with the wrong side up. One team now tries to turn the "right" side of the mats up, while the other team takes care of the mats on the other side. After each reversed mat, the team must change places and move on to another mat. The winner is the team that is able to turn more mats to their side after a certain playing time.
Variant:
Additionally large soft mats can be used, which may result in more points.

Mat run
Stimulate circulation
Group work
The participants run in a criss-cross pattern around the mats (committee tents) distributed around the hall (in the grounds). Various forms of movement (e.g. circling arms, crossing legs, etc.) are integrated independently or according to the instructions of the sports leader. As soon as the sports leader calls out a number, all participants spread out on the mats (committee tents) according to the number called out. Whoever remains performs an additional task (e.g. a strength exercise such as 5 push-ups). If the number of people on the mat does not correspond to the number specified by the sports leader, these participants must also perform the additional task (excess participants should therefore be sent away).
x Soft mats (small)/firing tents (for in the field)
Mat pushing
Fighting and roughhousing games
Group work
2 groups with 3-5 participants each
Two teams try to push a mat over an agreed opponent's boundary. The point of attack is only the mat and not the opponent.

Group work
8-14 participants per group
The group lines up behind a starting marker. There is a large soft mat in front of the group. On the start command, a binomial (grasping hands) jumps onto the mat. After the jump, it is the next pair's turn to jump onto the mat (flying change after leaving the mat or clapping off the next binomial). The aim of mat jumping is to jump onto the soft mat in such a way that the mat is pushed as far forwards as possible. The winner is the group that gets their soft mat over a defined line or against a wall first. To prevent the mat from being pushed further forwards when climbing down, the mat must always be left in the direction of the goal.
Variant:
The participants jump onto the mat individually.
Per group:
1 soft mat (large)
1 colouring stick

Increase pulse
Group work
4-6 participants per group
One participant at a time sits on the mat (slippery side of the mat at the bottom) and is pulled round a turn by another participant. Back at the starting position, the positions are switched and the participant who was sitting on the mat pulls the next participant in the group.
Which group was the first to transport all participants sitting on the mat around the turning point and back?
Per group:
1 soft mat (small)
2 colouring sticks
Mat hiking
Increase pulse
Group work
6-8 participants per group
The participants sit under the mat (facing the target). The mat is now guided forwards with the help of the hands, whereby the sitting positions must always be changed (i.e. after the mat has passed over them, the participants must stand up and sit down again in front of the group in order to transport the mat further). Which group will be the first to cross the finish line?
Per group:
1 soft mat (small)
Wall displacement
Fighting and roughhousing games
Group work
2 groups with 6-10 participants each
Two groups line up back to back along a line. The participants in both groups hook each other with their arms. The teams try to push each other over a previously agreed line.

Regular change of roles and partners
.

Participant A stands in a stepping position with their arms crossed behind their back and their front foot in a tyre. Participant B stands in box position and is allowed to move freely. Participant B now tries to hit A on the forehead with single straights (no series, combinations or feints). A tries to prevent these hits by avoiding them. Each hit scores one point. If B hits too hard, all points are lost. Roles change after a set time or after reaching a certain number of points.
Variations:
- Feint allowed;
- Do not perform as a competition form. B deliberately hits slower so that A can practise avoidance;
- Avoidance to the back not allowed, only to the side and downwards;
- Cover/block allowed.
Participant:
1 pair of boxing gloves
Participant:
1 tyre
Memory relay
Increase pulse
Group work
4-5 participants per group
A memory sheet with signs/symbols (e.g. degree signs, circle, square, etc.), pictures (e.g. tree, star, house, etc.) or formulae (e.g. a2+b2=c2, 4+5x3=19, etc.) is located at the turning point. The runners memorise as many fields as possible so that they can enter them on a blank answer sheet at the start. The next runner is therefore well advised not to start immediately, but to communicate with the previous runner to clarify the status of the solution process. The first group to complete all the fields on the answer sheet correctly wins the relay.
Per group:
1 solution sheet
1 answer sheet

Group work
Groups of 2
Two players form a team and play against another team of two. One player from each team stands hip-width apart to form a goal (define playing areas). The inverted stick can be used as a defence aid. The other two players play against each other on the field and try to score a goal. At a signal from the game leader (e.g. whistle or shout), the players and "human goals" swap roles. In this form of the game, it is important to diligently switch opponents.
Variant:
The new "goal" remains in place when the roles are switched.
Pro Tn:

1 floorball
Mini-Tennis
Games / Tournament
Game idea:
Two parties face each other on the court and try to score points by playing the ball into the opponent's court so that the opponent can no longer return the ball according to the rules. The game is analogous to tennis.
Scoring points:
A point is scored when the cue ball touches the ground twice in succession in the opponent's half of the court, with the first touch occurring within the marked area or when the opponent is unable to return the ball in accordance with the rules.
Court:
A net (can also be improvised) is stretched to a height of approx. 1.1m (top edge). The court is defined with lines or cones (e.g. badminton court; half a tennis court).
Number of participants:
1 against 1 (singles) or 2 against 2 (doubles)
Rules of the game:
The serve is made from below behind the baseline. At the time of the serve, the opponent is also on the baseline. The serve may not be taken directly from the air. The serve must be hit over the net into the opponent's court. There are no rules regarding cross serves. The serve is awarded to the player who has scored the point.
The game is played to a defined number of points (e.g. 15 points) or to a specific time. Each error (ball not returned in accordance with the rules, i.e. the ball is played out of bounds or into the net or does not reach the net at all) results in a point for the opponent. The ball is considered "out" if it has landed completely outside the line. Rolling the ball over the net is permitted, but touching the net by the player is prohibited. The racket may not protrude over the net into the opponent's court.
Mini tennis: Collect hits
Forms of play / exercises
Partner work
Two players stand opposite each other on either side of the net and try to fulfil various tasks in which hitting a newspaper plays a central role (note: if the game is played in the field and the weather is windy, this type of exercise is less suitable):
- Exercise to improve technique: try to hit a newspaper placed in the middle of the court (forehand/backhand). Both players are predominantly on the baseline.
- Exercise form to improve technique: newspaper placed in the centre of the court, try to hit it by playing at the net (volley). One player at the net (volley), the other plays the balls to (forehand/backhand).
- Technique training combined with competition form: newspaper placed in the centre of the court, try to hit (forehand/backhand). With each hit, the newspaper is cut in half. Which participant has the most folded newspaper after a certain time?
- Technical training combined with competition form: try to hit a newspaper placed on a certain line (forehand/backhand). With each hit, the newspaper is moved back one line. Which participant on each side of the court has moved their newspaper furthest away from the net after a certain time?
Pro Tn:
1 Smolball bat
1 newspaper
Minigolf: little bridge
Forms of play / exercises

Play the ball over the little bridge (felt carpet) and place it in the hoop.
Caution:
If the ball leaves the lane (mats), it is moved back to the starting point or, if the little bridge has already been passed, behind it. If the ball comes to a stop on the mats, play may continue from there.
Per participant:
1 stick & ball (floorball)
2 soft mats (small)
1 felt carpet
2 hoops
Minigolf: little bridge
Forms of play / exercises

Play the ball over the 2 little bridges (felt carpets) and place it in the hoop.

If the ball leaves the lane (mats), it is moved back to the starting point or, if the little bridge has already been passed, behind it. If the ball comes to a stop on the mats, play may continue from there.
Per participant:
1 stick & ball (floorball)
3 soft mats (small)
3 felt carpet
2 hoops
Minigolf: double jump
Forms of play / exercises

Move the ball over the first box section and place it in the second box section.
Attention:
If the ball leaves the lane (mats), it is moved back to the starting point or, if the first box section has already been overcome, behind this box section. If the ball comes to a stop on the mats, play may continue from there.
Per participant:
1 stick & ball (floorball)
4 soft mats (small)
2 centre sections of Swedish box
Minigolf: through the valley
Forms of play / exercises

Pass the ball between the mats so that it touches the goalpost/stake at the end.
Caution:
The course must be completed with a single, targeted shot. If the ball misses the passage between the mats, it is moved back to the starting point. If the ball comes to a stop between the mats, it is also moved back to the starting point. If no goal is available, a cone can be used as an alternative target.
Per participant:
1 stick & ball (floorball)
2 soft mats (medium)
1 goalpost/stake
Minigolf: corner ball
Forms of play / exercises

Place the ball through the box section, over the mat in the triangular area behind the mat.
Caution:
If the ball misses the box section, it is moved back to the starting point. If the ball leaves the lane (mat) after passing the box, the ball can be placed behind the box. If the ball comes to a stop on the mat, play may continue from there. If no indoor corner is available, two hoops can be used as an alternative target.
Per participant:
1 stick & ball (floorball)
1 soft mat (small)
1 centre section of Swedish box
