EMOM: every minute on the minute (at the beginning of a minute, perform a set number of repetitions of an exercise; the remaining seconds of the minute are for rest).
Remarks
Strength exercises hard: 100% - medium: approx. 80% - easy: approx. 60%

The times given for the strength exercises can be disregarded, the units are completed as quickly as possible (more rest time)
