This may involve exercises that affect the participant's own body (mobilisation exercises, dynamic stretching, increasing heart rate, strengthening) or it may also be possible to practise on a piece of equipment/aid in order to prepare for a possible task/exam.

All participants help to set up the workplace (the hall or the grounds) together.

Postponement

The sports leader moves together with the participants to the next location/post, from the hall to the terrain (to the fitness room) or vice versa (or the participants move independently). The shift can be regarded as recovery time (incl. drinking break).
